Unfortunately we either cannot ship to you (see shipping policy) or note any specific dates based on standard timings but will do our best to send your package asap.

 

While these dates will help make it more seamless (and are based off USPS shipping guides), unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date as this rests in the control of the shipment companies who we believe do their absolute best over this very busy season.

To make your gift as special as possible, if you're concerned about delivery dates let us know and we'll have a beautiful letter and note about your gift written so you can share that with the recipient regardless of when the product will arrive - remember our studio closes on the 17th December so you'll need to notify us for this date to receive this note.

Leather Goodies Shipping

For our leather products, we work in Small Batch Collections with some made to order products in side this (based on the collection items). If you're buying from an existing small batch we only sell what's been made. If you're buying a "made to order product" - as detailed in the order, we will contact you directly to let you know the likely timings based on your position in our list. Once we get to your bag it usually takes 7-15 days, though sometimes its a little less or a little more depending on things like material availability. In the case of material delays you will be the first to know! No matter what, your bag is made with love and will be with you very soon! You’ll receive a notification from us as soon as your bag has been shipped.

Our products are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground or DHL. 

 

USA ships at standard prices calculated based on your order. 

International shipping will be charged a flat rate per box needed and shipped via First-Class Package International Service™ unless requested and paid for otherwise. Please note, all Australia-bound artwork packages under $800 USD will now ship via USPS unless express shipping is requested & paid by the purchaser. Delivery times will vary based on USPS and locations. For purchases outside of the United States of America, you may be required to pay Customs fee or a GST (Goods and Services Tax) based on the total value of the item and your location. We have tried to make as many allowances as we can for this in our pricing given our international audience. As such, all additional fees will come at the expense of the purchaser so please look into the terms of such fees. We will inform you where I can, or you can find this out by researching the destination's 'Boarder Control'. 

SHIPMENT DAMAGE

All products are packaged with lots of care and consideration. We know how special it is to receive your piece, so we will do everything we can to ensure it arrives beautifully. Given the value of these products (financially and sentimentally), all orders will include a warranty to the exact value of your purchase. Although our history with shipments has been very good, occasionally unfortunate things happen outside of our control, so we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive in perfect condition. Should a shipping incident occur we cannot be held liable. 

 

For leather product damage, please contact us directly and immediately with all information and photographic evidence so we can decide on next steps. All shipment damage will be handled on a case by case circumstance. The purchaser may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss we ask that you return the product to our studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office. Products damaged after shipping cannot be replaced so please look after your artwork.

LOST SHIPMENTS

All leather products over $250 will be delivered with signature required. As such, it will be the Purchasers responsibility to ensure ​their address is accurately supplied and that they or a known person is available to collect the artwork. Outside of this, all lost artwork shipments for original artwork fall out of our control and pending the situation may or may not be covered by the warranty. 


For lost leather products under $250, once again please make sure your address is correct to avoid shipment issues. We cannot replace products shipped to the wrong address. If you received a "delivered" notice from your shipping company but the package cannot be found, please contact your shipping company immediately. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this, but we will offer you a discounted price on your next purchase. Should the package be sent back to our studio we will happily re-send it to you - in some cases a new shipping fee may be required

Artwork Shipping

Shipping is currently available to USA, South America, Australia, NZ, Canada, EU (including Scandinavia), UK and scattered countries in-between. Orders are shipped once per week and you will receive a tracking number once it's available. Timing will vary based on your location. Currently we are experiencing typical turn arounds of 3-10 days to all our locations however please make allowances for current postal management. We currently work with USPS, UPS and Pack and Send for all deliveries pending your location.

 

Artwork prints are organized on a per-order basis to eliminate wastage.  As such, please allow our printers 7-14 days for production, though we usually can turn it around more quickly. After this printing time, your order will then fall into the once per week shipment lot and standard shipping terms apply.

Product Prices on this site exclude any shipping costs unless outlined otherwise. Shipping is calculated at check out based on a selected network of postal services that offer reasonable pricing, warranties and safe delivery for your location. Certain shipping prices will automatically include shipping fees. In this instance, this includes standard USPS shipping with insurance at $200. For express or other shipping options, please contact us directly or select during the purchase process. 

For purchases outside of the United States of America, you may be required to pay Customs fee or a GST (Goods and Services Tax) based on the total value of the item and your location. Unfortunately, online scammers are a reality and something we need to take seriously given the value of our artwork. As such, no artwork will be shipped until your address has been confirmed and validated, and your payment has been processed securely. By placing an order, you accept that we have the right to question your order based on any unusual circumstances and deny your purchase should your funds present any issues.

For prints that arrive damaged, it will be the purchasers responsibility to file a shipment claim with the associated postal service. This claim will determine whether your money is refunded. As some bends and little creases are repairable please let us know. These will also be handled on a case by case scenario and re-prints may require a new shipping fee at the Collectors expense. Prints damaged after shipping cannot be replaced so please look after your artwork.

Exchange Policy

We really hope it doesn’t come to this but, if you’re not happy with your leather product you can return it back to us within 5 days of receipt. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price minus shipping fees and any processing fees. Your leather item must be retuned to us within 5 days at your own expense, with the original packaging and tags included, and it also must be in the original state it was delivered in. Isbell & Co reserve the right to not refund your order for items that are returned damaged, in the instance we will ship you back your original product at your own expense. When a refund is valid, your money will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5 working days of bag receipt. You will receive an email confirming this return.

Email Isbell & Co including your name, contact information and original product details, including the receipt. We will contact you with instructions within 48 Hours.
