Privacy Policy

Your security and protection is important to us, as online scammers are nasty things. As such, we do what is in our means to keep any information we collect from you protected. Please see information on our privacy policy below. However we also need your help. Please ensure that you do not give your personal password for our online shop to anyone that you do not know or trust.

General Privacy

Payment information is only ever collected through valid platforms such as PayPal and Square and is protected under their own policy. We will never sell your information to third parities for money. Occasionally we may transfer personal information in order to operate our business (such as marketing).

We may also share your data with our service providers, and as necessary for legal requirements. Service providers are partners who have agreed to use your data only for the purpose of providing the services in our contract (such as design collaborators) and who have agreed not to “sell” your data. We may share your data with our service providers.

Specific details on how we use your data can be seen in the table below.

Protecting
Your Data

Your data is protected through our website provider (WIX) and through payment systems. No data collected is stored in hard drives or physical locations within our studio. Inside our business, we limit access to your data as much as we can and where it makes sense.

Advertising

We may decide to use print or online advertising to reach you. As such, we may share some of your contact info with other companies so we can reach you via their sites or social channels - this excludes all payment information. If you choose to give others your data directly (like Google or Facebook) their rules apply to that data, not ours. We sometimes buy ads on other sites. Even if we don’t share (or have) your data, you might see those ads. We can’t always control how they choose to place our ads.

Minors & Under 18

We do not want to and do not knowingly collect any data from people under age 16. If we learn that we collected any such data, we will take all reasonable measures to delete that information and to not use it for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). If you become aware of any personal information we have collected from children under 16, please contact us by clicking here.

If you are under 18 years of age, you can request that any data you provided to us is deleted by clicking here and requesting deletion. We will do everything reasonable to achieve this, but deletion of your data does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.

Unsubscribe

If you don’t want us to send you marketing messages anymore, you can contact us here or unsubscribe from our emails using the link at the bottom.

Do Not Track

You can select a privacy preference in your own browser called Do Not Track (DNT). This allows you to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, we do not recognize DNT.

Policy Changes

Occasionally Isbell & Co will update this policy based on changes made in the industry or in our business. All changes will be posted here. This policy was last updated June 17, 2021.
